Chen Xi, Ph.D. is the Associate Professor of School of International and Public Affairs in Jilin University. Researcher of institute of national development and security studies. Assistant to the Dean. She is also the tutor of Youth Culture Academy in Jilin University and the lecturer of International diplomat training course of International Department in Jilin University. She once served as a co-researcher of the Digital Government Center in University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Her research interests include new media public diplomacy, International public relations and International civil service examination and training. She has undertaken a number of research projects of national and university level and participated in the translation of many works. She has published a number of academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, and won excellent results in the first intelligent teaching competition of Jilin Province and bilingual teaching competition of young and middle-aged teachers of Jilin University. In 2019, he won the excellent award of undergraduate teaching quality award of Jilin University, and was also awarded the excellent international student instructor award of Jilin University and the excellent instructor of student social practice for many times.
