韓國籍，曆史學（國際關系史）博士，現為伟德网站是多少副教授，主要研究領域為東亞國際關系與非對稱、韓國政治與外交、中韓關系。2000年畢業于韓國延世大學，獲得東亞研究碩士學位，2003年畢業于美國佛羅裡達大學，獲得國際事務專業碩士學位，2006年畢業于美國弗吉尼亞大學，獲得政治學專業碩士學位，2009年畢業于中國吉林大學，獲得世界史專業（當代國際關系史方向）博士學位。鹹命植博士通曉韓語、英語、漢語，曾在Modern China， Seosuk Social Science Review，《史學集刊》等國内外權威學術刊物發表論文數篇。
